Payment Policy

 For International Land Packages

• 30 Days Prior to the departure: 25 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

• 20 Days Prior to the departure: 50% of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

• Within 20 Days of the departure: 100 % Payment required of the Total Land Package.

For Domestic Land Packages

• 30 Days Prior to the departure: 25 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

• 20 Days Prior to the departure: 50 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

• 10 Days Prior to the departure: 60 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

• Within 10 Days of the departure: 100 % Payment required of the Total Land Package.

For Flight Booking

• 100 % Flight fare is required to be paid at the time of booking any International &Domestic Package. Standard Policy

• If you book any non-refundable service (Hotel/Transfers/Sightseeing), the full amount shall be paid for that respective component at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

 For International Land Packages

• Within 20 Days of the departure: Package will be 100 % non-refundable.

 For Domestic Land Packages

• 20 Days Prior to the departure: 50 % of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged.

• 10 Days Prior to the departure: 70 % of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged.

• Within 10 Days of the departure: Package will be 100 % non-refundable.

For Flight Booking

• Flight cancellation fee varies according to the selected Airlines/Travel Date/Fare etc. Please check with your Travel Advisor before you book it. Standard Policy

• If you book any non-refundable service (Hotel/Transfers/Sightseeing), the full amount shall be paid for that respective component at the time of booking.
