Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy


Payment Policy

At onnmytrip, we aim to make the payment process seamless and transparent for our travellers. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding payments for bookings and services.

1. Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, etc.

Bank Transfers: Payments can be made directly to our bank account. Bank details will be provided upon request.

Digital Payment: (Phone Pay , Google Pay, PayPal, etc.).

Cash Payments: Accepted at our office for select services.

2. Payment Schedule

For International Land Packages

30 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

30 Days Prior to the departure: 30 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

20 Days Prior to the departure: 50% of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

Within 20 Days of the departure: 100 % Payment required of the Total Land Package.

For Domestic Land Packages

30 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

30 Days Prior to the departure: 30 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

15 Days Prior to the departure: 50 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required.

00 Days Prior to the departure: Rest 50 % of the Total Land Package Cost is required at the time of check in.

Note

If you book any non-refundable service (Hotel/Transfers/Sightseeing), the full amount shall be paid for that respective component at the time of booking.

3. Late Payments

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Late payments may incur additional charges as per provider policies.

4. Changes to Payment Terms

Payment terms for group bookings, corporate clients, or custom itineraries may differ. These will be clearly outlined in your agreement.

5. Payment Disputes

For any payment questions or concerns & disputes regarding payments, please contact us immediately at support@onnmytrip.com.

We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

 

Cancellation Policy

At onnmytrip, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings with us.

1. General Terms

All cancellations must be made in writing via email/contact form/message & the cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your written request.

Cancellation policies are subject to the terms of the individual service providers (e.g., hotels, transfers etc.).

2. Cancellation by the Customer

For International Land Packages

30 Days Prior to the departure: 25 % of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged

20 Days Prior to the departure: 50% of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged.

Within 20 Days of the departure: Package will be 100 % non-refundable.

For Domestic Land Packages

30 Days Prior to the departure: 25 % of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged.

20 Days Prior to the departure: 50 % of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged.

10 Days Prior to the departure: 70 % of the Total Land Package Cost will be charged.

Within 10 Days of the departure: Package will be 100 % non-refundable.

Note: If you book any non-refundable service (Hotel/Transfers/Sightseeing), may be non-refundable. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

Convenience Fees: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee of 5% per booking.

3. Cancellation by the onnmytrip

In the rare event that onnmytrip must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances: Customers will be offered a full refund, or Customers may choose to reschedule or receive a travel credit for future bookings.

4. Third-Party Provider Cancellations

Hotels, tours, and other services provided by third parties are subject to their individual cancellation policies.

We will assist in processing cancellations and securing refunds or credits, where applicable, but cannot guarantee outcomes outside of the provider’s terms.

5. Force Majeure

Cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) may not be eligible for a refund.

In such cases, we will work with providers to secure alternative arrangements or credits whenever possible.

7. No-Show

Failure to appear for a scheduled departure without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

8. Amendments to Bookings

Changes to bookings may be subject to provider policies and amendment fees.

Refund Policy

At onnmytrip, we strive to provide our customers with seamless travel experiences. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancellations. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the booked services (hotels, activities, etc.). Certain bookings may have non-refundable components, which will be disclosed at the time of booking. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

1. How to Request a Refund

All cancellations must be made in writing via email/contact form/message once your cancellation approved our team will raise it for the refund.

Convenience Fees: All cancellations are subject to an convenience fee of 5%.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 business working days in the same mode of payment.

2. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your refund, contact our customer support team at support@onnmytrip.com. We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
